The art of roasting requires a good balance of temperature, roasting time and bean color. We tested many combinations with BARISTA CREATIONS Scuro milk until we discovered that we needed a highly contrasting individual roasting technique to achieve this ideal balance of flavors. While some of the mixture is prepared with a long and intense roast, the other part is roasted much faster and lighter. When you combine the two, the mixture produces a very harmonious result with the sweetness of the milk and develops its special roasting character.
