The art of roasting coffee tends to be milder in the north of Italy. That's why we've crafted Livanto with a light-to-medium roast that's lighter than what you'd find in the south of Italy, but still just enough to enhance the caramel and grain notes. With its balanced and round drink, Livanto protects the delicate acidity balance without disturbing it.

Livanto is a smooth, round and elegantly aromatic coffee. Light roasting of the coffee allows it to develop a smooth and full body and to contain fine aromatics. You will feel the smell of fried cereal and sweet notes of caramel.
